Drop off your computer
You can drop off and pick up your computers at our Brattleboro location. Call to set up an appointment. Hourly rate is $55. We are pleased to offer a discount to non-profit organizations.
On-Site help
If you need help at your home or office with things like networking, printers, monitors, or simply would rather not have to move your computer to have it worked on, we provide on-site support as well. On-site hourly rate is $65
When repairing your computer we take care to make sure your files are backed up so you don’t have to worry about loosing them. We also let you know estimated costs before any work is done so you don’t end up paying more than you planed.
We offer support for all versions of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux computers, as well as mobile devices such as iPhones and Androids. We guarantee our tech work so you don’t have to pay until the problem is fixed. Initial consultation or diagnosis are free.
